Frequently Asked Questions
Everything below is how the service actually works today. Where an answer involves money or timing, the Terms and Conditions are the full version and the quote you are shown at the time of booking is the one that applies to your ride.
Either online or by phone. Online, you enter the pickup, the destination and the time, choose a vehicle, and the system prices the journey for you. By phone, we take the same details and book it for you. The phone is answered 24 hours a day.
Yes. The quote shows the fare for the journey before you enter any payment details, and no card is needed to look up rates.
Flat. The price is for the journey, not for the time it takes. Gate fees, tolls and normal traffic-related costs are already in it, so there are no metered-rate surprises at the end.
Yes, and the quote shows you both figures before you decide. On a one-way journey the online rate is 20% below the standard rate.
On a round trip the standard rate already carries a 5% discount for booking both legs together, and the online discount replaces that rather than adding to it, so the saving against the round trip price on screen is nearer 16% than 20%. Either way, the figure in the quote is the figure you pay.
A professional uniformed chauffeur, help with your luggage and an escort to the vehicle you reserved. Airport meet and greet with a personalised name sign is available as well.
Yes. Meet and greet, a child seat, extra stops and the other extras are listed in the booking form with their current price next to them, so you can see what each one adds before you confirm.
We’ll monitor your flight and note any changes. If you miss a flight or change your itinerary entirely, call us as soon as you can so we can re-plan rather than guess.
At the domestic terminal, in front of the Ground Transportation Center, across from the SkyTrain building and before the taxi station. At the international terminal, the general passenger pickup area between doors A1 and A3, usually A2.
Your chauffeur will contact you with the specifics on the day.
Yes. Hartsfield-Jackson is most of the work, and we cover the surrounding airports too. Tell us which one and we will quote it.
Yes. Choose round trip when you book and give the pickup details for both legs. Each leg is priced on its own time, route and terminal.
Four in a sedan, six in an SUV, ten in the stretch limousine, ten or twelve in a van depending on which one, and up to sixteen in the Sprinter. For a larger group than that we run more than one vehicle on the same plan.
Yes, and at no extra charge when you ask for one in advance. Tell us the child’s age and we will fit the right seat.
A fifteen minute grocery stop is complimentary when it is arranged as part of the reservation. Other stops are fine too: give us the addresses and the order when you book, and they go into the route and the quote rather than being sorted out on the day.
Yes. Give us the addresses and the order and it goes into the route and the quote.
By the hour, for the vehicle you choose, with a three hour minimum. The quote shows the hourly rate before you book, and you pay for the hours you actually use.
Yes, that is the point of booking by the hour. Tell the chauffeur and the plan moves.
They stay with you for the duration of the booking, so there is never a wait for a car to come back.
There is no fixed limit. Most long distance work is within Georgia and the neighbouring states. Tell us the destination and we will quote it.
For two or more people travelling together with luggage it often is, once you count parking, bags and the time either side. We will quote the journey so you can compare it properly.
Yes. Book it as a round trip and we will hold the return.
Tell us the company, who travels, and roughly how often. We will come back with agreed rates and set the account up so bookings are invoiced rather than paid per ride.
Yes. Bookings made against the account are billed together, whoever placed them.
Yes. Give us the schedule, the number of passengers and the locations and we will plan the vehicles around it.
As early as you can. Saturdays in spring and autumn go first, and the stretch is the vehicle that runs out.
Yes, and most weddings need it. Ceremony, photographs, reception and guests back to hotels can all be one booked plan.
It usually does a little. We allow for it when we plan, and anything beyond that is charged as waiting time at the rate we agreed, not invented afterwards.
The chauffeur is responsible for the vehicle and sticks to the route and times agreed with the person who booked. We will tell you honestly what we will and will not allow in the car.
Yes. Give us the locations when you book so the time is in the plan.
Yes. Tell us the schedule and we will hold the vehicle rather than you re-booking each leg.
It depends on how far ahead of the pickup time you cancel. More than 72 hours before pickup, a full refund. Between 48 and 72 hours, a 25% cancellation fee and 75% refunded. Between 24 and 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee and 50% refunded. Twenty-four hours or less before pickup is non-refundable.
By email to info@allamericanlimoservice.com. The time we receive that email is the time the cancellation counts from, so send it as early as you can.
A voicemail or a text message is not a cancellation.
Call or email us as early as you can and we will move it if we can. A change we can accommodate is better for both of us than a cancellation and a rebooking.
The full rules for reservations, payment and cancellations are in our Terms and Conditions. Read the Terms and Conditions.
