All American Limousine Service, Inc. operates carservice-atlanta.com. This page explains what personal information we collect when you book a car with us, why we collect it, and who else sees it.
What we collect
When you book a ride through this website we ask for:
- Your name, email address and telephone number
- Your pickup and drop-off addresses
- The date and time of your journey, and of your return journey if you book one
- Your airline and flight number, and which terminal you are using, where the trip involves an airport
- Number of passengers and suitcases, and any child, infant or booster seats you need
- Anything you choose to tell us in the notes field
- Your choice of how to pay
We collect this because we cannot carry out the journey without it. Your addresses and flight details are what allow us to send the right vehicle to the right place at the right time.
Payments
Card and PayPal payments are handled by PayPal and by Square. When you pay online you are entering your card details directly with one of those companies. We never see or store your full card number. Our website records only that a payment was made, the amount, and a reference number supplied by the payment provider.
Calls, text messages and email
We use your telephone number to contact you about a booking you have made — to confirm it, to tell you about a change, or to reach you on the day of travel. If you have given us permission to text you, we may also send booking confirmations and reminders by SMS.
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party. Information we share with the service providers listed below is limited to what is needed to operate the booking service on our behalf, and none of them are permitted to use it for their own marketing.
Message frequency varies with the number of bookings you make — you would typically receive a confirmation when your ride is approved and a reminder the day before you travel. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel, or HELP for help. You can also call our office on 404-625-7511 and we will remove you.
Booking confirmations and reminders are sent by email through Google Workspace.
Companies that process information on our behalf
To run the booking system we rely on a small number of service providers. They only receive what they need to do their job, and they are not permitted to use it for anything else.
- Google Maps — your pickup and drop-off addresses are sent to Google to calculate the driving distance and quote your fare.
- PayPal and Square — payment processing.
- Google Workspace — delivery of our email.
- GoHighLevel — our customer records and messaging system, which receives your name, contact details and the details of your trip so that we can keep in touch with you about it.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as we need them to provide the service, to deal with any question or dispute about a journey, and to meet our accounting and tax obligations. Records we no longer need are deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Ask by email at info@allamericanlimoservice.com or by telephone on 404-625-7511. If deleting a record would prevent us from carrying out a journey you have already booked, we will tell you before we act.
Cookies
This site sets cookies that keep the booking form working while you fill it in, and remember your preferences if you sign in to an account. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
Children
This website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. We do of course carry children as passengers — in that case the booking is made by the adult travelling with them.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
